Dopamine Mail Club is operated by Victoria Cubbon Creative, based in Nova Scotia, Canada. By using our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws.

1. About Dopamine Mail Club
Dopamine Mail Club is an independent, artist-run business offering a monthly mail subscription, original artwork, paper goods, and creative events.
Our products are designed to bring a little joy, creativity, and connection into everyday life. Each item is created or curated with care, and we appreciate your support of our small business.
2. Monthly Subscription
Dopamine Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription that delivers a collection of illustrated paper goods and other creative surprises by mail.
Subscription and billing
Price: The current subscription price is displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes and the total amount payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
Payment: You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription payments.
Billing schedule: Your subscription billing schedule and applicable charges are disclosed during the checkout process.
Subscription contents: The contents may vary from month to month. We may change individual items, designs, or materials when necessary while maintaining the overall nature of the subscription.
Subscription cutoff and mailing schedule
Our monthly subscription operates according to a recurring cutoff date.
The current subscription cutoff date and mailing schedule are published on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Your signup date determines which monthly mail collection you receive. If you subscribe after the cutoff date, your first collection will follow the signup policy stated on our website at the time of purchase.
We aim to mail each month's collection according to our published schedule. Occasional delays may occur.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available subscription management options or by contacting us at dopaminemailclub@gmail.com.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel by the cancellation deadline published on our website.
If you cancel after the applicable deadline, your next payment may already have been processed, and your cancellation will generally take effect for future renewals.
Cancellation stops future recurring payments. Payments for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or we agree otherwise.
Subscriptions cannot currently be paused. If you would like to stop receiving monthly mail, you may cancel your subscription and subscribe again in the future.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Dopamine Mail Club currently ships to addresses within Canada only.
Mailing times
Monthly mail collections are generally sent according to our published mailing schedule. Once mailed, delivery typically takes approximately 3–10 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on location, postal service conditions, holidays, and other circumstances.
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Our standard mail is sent without tracking. We are therefore unable to provide tracking numbers or guarantee an exact delivery date.
Missing or damaged mail
If your mail has not arrived within a reasonable period or arrives damaged, please contact dopaminemailclub@gmail.com.
We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.
We cannot guarantee replacement mail in every situation, but we will do our best to help.
Mailing addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete mailing address and keeping it up to date.
Please update your address before the applicable subscription cutoff date. We cannot guarantee that address changes received after our mailing process has begun can be applied to that month's mail.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or outdated address provided by a customer, subject to any rights or obligations imposed by law.
4. Physical Products and Orders
Dopamine Mail Club may offer original art prints, stickers, postcards, and other paper goods through our website and at in-person events.
Product descriptions and appearance
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, colours, and dimensions. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, printer, or the materials used.
Product availability may change without notice.
Order accuracy
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us at dopaminemailclub@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Returns and refunds
We do not generally accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable law, please contact us so we can assess the issue.
This policy does not exclude any refund, replacement, or other remedy that you are legally entitled to receive.
5. Events and Workshops
Dopamine Mail Club may organize creative workshops, mail-making gatherings, and other in-person events.
Event descriptions, ticket prices, dates, times, locations, and any event-specific cancellation conditions will be provided in the relevant event listing or at checkout.
Tickets and cancellations
Refunds, ticket transfers, and requests to change bookings are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the terms stated for the particular event and applicable law.
If Dopamine Mail Club cancels an event, we will contact registered participants and communicate the available refund or alternative arrangements.

Participation
Participants are expected to treat other attendees, event hosts, venues, and staff respectfully.

6. Intellectual Property and Artwork
All original artwork, illustrations, designs, written content, photographs, branding, and other creative materials produced by Dopamine Mail Club remain the intellectual property of Victoria Cubbon Creative or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a physical product or subscribing to Dopamine Mail Club gives you ownership of the physical items you receive. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, designs, or intellectual property.
Unless you have obtained prior written permission, you may not:
Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit our artwork or designs.
Use our artwork or designs on products for resale.
Sell reproductions or unauthorized copies of our work.
Use our creative materials for commercial purposes or incorporate them into products or services you sell.
You are welcome to enjoy, display, gift, and use the physical paper goods you purchase for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Website Use
